How are the prints made?

Printed to order on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper using pigment inks. Nothing is printed in advance, so nothing sits in a box going yellow. Prints are full bleed — the artwork runs right to the edge of the paper, with no border — and both sizes are the same shape, so a set frames up consistently.

When will my order arrive?

Prints are made to order, so allow two to four working days before yours is posted, then the delivery time for your band below. Cards go out faster.

Do you post outside the UK?

Yes. Europe and the rest of the world are both handled at checkout. Customs charges outside the UK are the buyer’s responsibility — they vary by country and I have no way to pay them on your behalf.

The lines look uneven — is that a printing fault?

No, that is the illustration. Every design embraces a deliberately naïve style: uneven lines, visible brushstrokes and slightly wonky shapes are left exactly as they are, because that is what gives each piece warmth and a human touch. They are meant to feel collected rather than manufactured. If something genuinely looks wrong — a mark across the paper, a crease, colour banding — send a photograph and it will be replaced.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send a photograph within 14 days and a replacement goes out at no cost. No need to return the damaged one.

Can I return a print I have changed my mind about?

Yes — 14 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and the cost of the print is refunded once it arrives back. Return postage is yours unless the print was faulty.

Can I get a print framed?

Not yet. Both sizes are standard A-sizes, so any high-street or online frame will fit without a custom mount.

Do you take commissions?

Sometimes, for a house, a stretch of coast, or a wedding venue. Send a note through the contact page and I will tell you honestly whether I have the time.
