Who you are buying from

Pikku Prints, a sole trader based in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire. Not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and none can be reclaimed.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include everything except postage, which is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe at the point of order.

A contract is formed when the payment succeeds and your confirmation email is sent. If a price is listed wrongly through obvious error, the order can be cancelled and refunded in full rather than fulfilled at the wrong price.

Made to order

Prints are produced once you have bought them. Colour on a screen is never an exact match for pigment ink on textured cotton paper, and slight variation between batches is a property of the process rather than a fault.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch is two to four working days, plus the carrier’s time. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Customs duties and import taxes on orders outside the UK are payable by you.

Cancelling and returning

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the print, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund of the print price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly supplied.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Copyright

Every design remains the property of the artist. Buying a print buys the physical object, not the design itself. Prints may not be reproduced, resold, printed for others or used commercially without written permission.

Wholesale

Trade orders are governed by the terms set out on the trade page and by the invoice issued with the order. Sale-or-return stock remains the property of Pikku Prints until sold.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
